Virtual Group Hypnobirthing Sessions

4 x 2.5 hour sessions held through Zoom/Teams. 

Due to the current goverment guidelines all courses must be held virtually, but this doesnt mean you will miss out. You will still learn all of the same great birth preparation techniques and meet other like minded couples. 

Come and join me every Wednesday at 7.30pm for 4 weeks while we discuss tools and techniques to enable you to have a positive birth.
