I am Victoria, currently training to be a qualified Hypnobirthing Teacher! The plan is to run my first course in February 2021!

I have two beautiful children but have only had one truly beautiful birth..

When I found out we were expecting another baby, my friend reccomeneded a Hypnobirthing course, my first reservation would be that I would have to go it alone as there would be no chance my husband would buy into anything hypno related!! 

So I asked my friend if her partner went too, she said yes and he loved it! I asked my husband, initially he said no, I explained it wasn't hippy dippy sat in a circle stuff, but more about birth, what happens to the women's body and hormones during birth and a variety of tools to help guide us through the process!

Well after the first session, he loved it! He very much invested in the role of 'keeper of the cave!'

It was actually my husband who paid for my hypnobirthing teacher training, he is my biggest advocate but mainly because he believes that the approach works and it beneficial to all couples! What a 30th birthday present!!
